Control Risks seeks a proactive operations professional to oversee client project coordination, financial support, and stakeholder management. You will help streamline processes, process orders, update trackers, and ensure delivery teams have guidance to meet client deliverables.

You will also support invoicing, reporting, and procurement activities while maintaining client records and internal documentation. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
• Strong track-record of problem solving in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• Ability to prioritise and handle pressure with resilience.
• Confident in raising concerns and discussing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Client project coordination: manage client tasks, process orders, update trackers.
• Financial support: assist invoicing, report on database usage, manage subcontractor purchasing.
• Stakeholder management: train delivery teams, ensure smooth client deliverables, escalate issues.
• Operational support: create training materials, maintain client records, provide usage reports.
• General: support with day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies.
