DWS Group in Madrid seeks a Technology Risk and Control Lead, VP to drive risk management and remediation across critical technology environments. You will coordinate audits, interact with senior stakeholders, and translate risk needs into actionable technology solutions in a regulated setting.

The role requires strong communication, leadership across teams, and a track record of delivering remediation in complex infrastructures, with a hybrid working model and opportunities to influence risk

Formación

• Strong experience in technology risk, information security, audit or controls within regulated environments.
• Practical understanding of technology environments, SDLC, and control design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, assessment and management of technology and information-security risks across the environment.
• Own or coordinate technology-related audit findings, control deficiencies and remediation actions to closure.
• Challenge remediation plans and evidence to ensure root causes are addressed.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies and overdue actions; escalate material concerns to governance forums.
• Act as a key Technology contact for internal and external audits, regulatory reviews and risk-assurance activities.
• Translate requirements into practical technology deliverables and system-based solutions.
• Provide concise reporting to senior management and coordinate delivery across Technology, Risk, Information Security and Audit stakeholders.
