Laminar Projects is seeking a senior project controls leader to enhance delivery on complex construction programs. You will lead cost, schedule, change and risk controls, driving efficiency and smarter decision making on site and in the office.

You will mentor a growing team, collaborate with clients to improve processes, and develop scalable solutions and digital tools that raise the bar across the industry.

Formación

• Construction engineering background with experience in cost, schedule and change control.
• Proven ability to develop and implement project controls processes.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own cost, schedule, change and risk controls on projects to enable informed decisions.
• Develop your team and educate clients to improve project delivery.
• Create scalable, repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
• Provide actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure the project’s plan is understood and followed, even under pressure.
