Laminarprojects is seeking a senior project controls leader to guide the delivery of complex construction programs. You will push the discipline to new heights, focusing on cost, schedule, change and risk controls to enable informed decisions across multiple projects.

In this role you will coach teams, develop scalable processes, and report clearly to stakeholders. You will work in a global consultancy setup with opportunities to travel and affect industry-wide practice.

Formación

• Solid capability in controlling cost, schedule, and change, with deep experience in developing project controls processes and reporting that align with strategic objectives and broader project context.
• Charisma, presence and influence to engage construction teams, drive adoption of new approaches, and promote best practices across the board.
• Proven ability to coach, develop teams, and build high-performing planning and controls functions.
• Strong track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions that create significant positive impact across complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own cost, schedule, change and risk controls on one or more projects to enable accurate decisions for project teams.
• Develop everyone: Maximise the development of your team personally and professionally and educate our clients to improve as well.
• Make scalable solutions: Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team so that long‑term impact is achieved.
• Report and inform: Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels that help them deliver their part of the project more efficiently and effectively.
• Own the outcome: You are not the project manager, but you are responsible for ensuring the project’s understanding and focus on the plan, regardless of challenges.
