Rho, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to oversee the clinical operations on assigned projects, provide direction to CRAs, and ensure adherence to GCP and study protocols. This permanent role is remote with occasional site visits and client meetings.

You will lead CRAs and IHCRAs, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and training. Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and trial management software is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, pharmacy or related field.
• 5+ years clinical research experience in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• At least 2 years as clinical team lead and on-site monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end clinical execution on projects up to moderate complexity.
• Lead CRAs/IHCRAs through training and onboarding.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver study milestones.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risk mitigation and resourcing.
• Ensure sites and CRAs comply with study protocols and ICH/GCP.
