3px in Barcelona is seeking a Consulting Operations Specialist to become the operational heartbeat of the Consulting organisation, aligning consultant allocation with client demand and forecasting future resource needs.

You will produce reporting and dashboards, monitor utilisation, maintain planning models, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success and Consulting teams to ensure smooth project mobilisation.

Formación

• Experience within Consulting Operations, Professional Services, Resource Management, Operations or Project Coordination.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with confidence working with large datasets and planning models.
• Excellent numerical and analytical capability.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and operational efficiency.
• Previous experience within a SaaS or software business would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Support continual improvement of consulting operations, planning processes and delivery workflows.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success and Consulting teams to ensure smooth project mobilisation.
• Provide operational support to senior leadership as the Consulting organisation grows.

The Opportunity

As a Consulting Operations Specialist, you'll become the operational heartbeat of the Consulting organisation.

Working closely with the Consulting Leadership team, you'll be responsible for ensuring consultants are effectively allocated across projects, future resource requirements are planned, and the business has the operational insight needed to make informed decisions.

This role offers a unique blend of analytical thinking and operational coordination. You'll be forecasting future resource needs, managing consultant utilisation, maintaining operational reporting and ensuring projects are staffed effectively—all while acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

You'll have significant visibility across the business and play an important role in supporting the continued growth of a rapidly expanding consulting organisation.
