Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, tailor solutions with SMEs, and participate in trade shows to meet quotas. Travel up to 30% is expected as you drive growth in medical device and life sciences markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (min $3M/year)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• Experience in medical device and/or life sciences industries
• Strong business acumen and sales process knowledge
• Willingness to travel up to 30% per year

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle, from initial contact to scoping and contract execution
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals
• Develop and maintain sales pipeline through proactive outreach and trade shows
• Close sales by coordinating with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions
• Build relationships with customers, identify needs, and address pain points in product development workflow
• Contribute to marketing strategy and target industry events for HF services
