Job summary

Gong is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead within the Gong Center of Excellence. You will drive end‑to‑end projects, govern Gong instances, and design GTM workflows that scale with growth. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to turn requests into repeatable, governed solutions.

You will help build referenceable assets, capture product feedback, and influence roadmap decisions while maintaining strong business narratives for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or related GTM function, ideally in SaaS.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate complex work into business-focused narratives.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end projects from scoping to execution with minimal oversight.
• Govern instance governance, GTM process design, and AI acceleration initiatives.
• Develop referenceable assets and process documentation for prospects and customers.
• Monitor and improve workflows, dashboards, and playbooks across Gong and GTM teams.
