Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Business Performance Senior Manager in Madrid. You will shape strategy, track performance, and partner with C-Level leaders to drive the business plan and revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in Revenue Ops or analytics, strong SQL/Excel skills, and experience with Tableau/Power BI. The role offers hybrid work in Madrid and growth opportunities across a global market.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM required.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Executive-level stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
• Be the point of contact with C-Level, Founders & SVPs.
• Design and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the Business Plan.
• Define reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor performance.
• Analyze results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams on action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to meet targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership across the org.
