Fever, a global leader in culture and live entertainment, is expanding its Business Development and Revenue Operations teams in Madrid. You will shape strategy, analyze results, and partner with senior leadership to drive revenue growth and performance across markets.

You will build dashboards, forecast targets, and provide actionable insights to executives, gaining high exposure within a fast-growing global category leader. Home-office friendly and travel when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to drive revenue.
• Gain high exposure across the organization with executives.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks.
