Based in Madrid, you will hold full P&L and budget ownership, blending advanced data analytics with multi‑channel digital expertise to drive massive demand and regional market penetration.

Formación

• 10+ years in digital and growth marketing with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with performance metrics, forecasting, and P&L-driven decisions.
• Excellent executive communication for partner and internal meetings.
• Native/bilingual English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Academic background in Business or Marketing; entertainment/tech pref is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for experiences, driving demand and growth.
• Develop scalable marketing strategies for exclusive experiences worldwide.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok with strong ROI.
• Collaborate with Business Strategy and Growth Marketing to optimize regional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, and Product.
• Lead meetings with internal teams and strategic partners.
• Own and optimize large-scale marketing budgets and P&L for the region.
• Drive strategic planning and forecasting to support revenue growth.
• Leverage data insights to guide decisions and refine models.
• Champion innovation by testing new formats and platforms.
