Fever Madrid is seeking a data-driven Revenue Operations professional to shape the Business Development Team's strategy and performance. You will analyze commercial results, identify growth opportunities, and partner with leadership to define actionable plans.

Build dashboards to monitor performance and guide decisions with a hands-on approach. You will translate complex data into recommendations for executives, driving revenue growth across Fever's global markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years in Revenue Ops, Strategy, Growth or Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executive exposure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with hands-on execution.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends and growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit business targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders driving revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executives and commercial leadership for high exposure.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance.
