Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Growth Analytics lead in Madrid. You will own growth strategy, drive cross-market initiatives across up to 40 countries, and report to the global growth direction.

This is a hybrid, international role with strong data-driven impact. You bring +6 years in analytics within a business context, a solid engineering or maths background, and a proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

Formación

• +6 years in analytics in a business role.
• Proven ability to lead teams or key projects with impact.
• Engineering Bachelor’s or Maths/Stats/Data Analytics background.
• Data-driven and able to translate numbers into strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across disciplines and teams.
• Advanced English; other languages are a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver and opportunities-seeker.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance the overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for the decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high-impact.
• Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).
• Report directly to the global growth direction.
