Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to optimize commercial processes across markets. You will partner with leaders to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and drive end-to-end projects in up to 40 countries.

The role requires 6+ years in operations/strategy, strong SQL/VBA skills (Python a plus), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related STEM field.
• 6+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of improving operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities across diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English/Spanish required (additional languages a bonus).
