Fever in Madrid is seeking a Growth Associate to independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies, expanding Fever's entertainment market across up to 40 countries. You will design end-to-end solutions and manage new business streams, collaborating across departments to boost performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in business analytics, strong English, and a data-driven mindset. Spanish is a plus, with hybrid work and a central Madrid office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics.
• 3–5 years experience in a business analytics role.
• High level English required; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, and analytics at top tech firms is a plus.

• Lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries.
• Manage your own pipeline of projects within a growing business line.
• Take part in the exponential growth of Fever by leading global projects that define the future of the entertainment industry.
• Enhance overall company performance across departments with new plans and events.
• Define and establish strategies to increase performance using analytical and strategic skills.
