iubenda is seeking a senior lifecycle-focused marketer to own and optimize onboarding, activation, and retention programs across four brands. You will design, run, and iterate campaigns inside Vero and our in-app messaging tool, writing concise, data-driven copy and driving meaningful KPI improvements.

You will partner with Monetization, CRO, Product, and Marketing to map funnels, build multi-channel triggers, and translate regulatory changes into lifecycle opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of lifecycle programs and not just execution.
• Hands-on with marketing automation platforms (Vero, HubSpot or similar).
• Experienced with product analytics tools (Amplitude or similar).
• Analytical, curious, and experimental by default.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain always-on lifecycle programs spanning onboarding to expansion.
• Build and ship campaigns in Vero and in-app messaging tool; own the campaigns.
• Write lifecycle copy; improve it with test results.
• Own lifecycle KPIs in Amplitude: activation, free-to-paid conversion, MRR, upgrade/expansion, churn recovery.
• Adapt campaigns per brand across products and price points.
• Collaborate with Monetization, CRO, Product, and Marketing leaders on funnel and triggers.
• Turn regulatory changes into lifecycle opportunities and leverage privacy updates.
