Joko is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to design and run end-to-end lifecycle programs across in-app, push, and email. You will collaborate with Growth, Product, Data, and Brand teams to turn signups into loyal users and maximize LTV with data-driven strategies.

You’ll own onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement campaigns, with a strong emphasis on experiments and AI-powered personalization. Remote-friendly, globally oriented, based in a fast-growing consumer app.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2C CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on with Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
• Data-driven with cohort curves and A/B testing results.
• Curious about AI to improve CRM workflows.
• Native French and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Design onboarding journeys and activation triggers.
• Build retention, referral programs to lift long-term retention.
• Create cross-channel journeys to optimize lifetime value.
• Run structured A/B tests and analyze results.
• Leverage AI to automate segmentation and copy iteration.
