iubenda is seeking a Revenue Growth / Monetization specialist to own conversion and lifecycle monetization across our freemium products. You’ll define pricing, packaging, and campaigns, and collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing, and CRO to drive revenue.

Your remit includes optimizing free‑to‑paid conversions, upsell strategies, and lifecycle campaigns aimed at expanding the paid base. English fluency is required and remote work is supported globally.

Formación

• 3+ years in monetization, growth, or lifecycle marketing at a SaaS company.
• Track record of turning data findings into monetization changes.
• Hands-on lifecycle or email marketing experience with segmentation and campaigns.
• Comfort deriving hypotheses from data and from independent testing.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own free-to-paid conversion strategy across products, including pricing, packaging, and paywalls.
• Brief CRO Principal on tests affecting pricing pages, signup flows, and upgrade prompts.
• Own pricing and packaging decisions for free-tier upgrades.
• Lead strategy for selling add-ons to existing paid users with lifecycle campaigns.
• Decide which add-ons to promote to segments based on usage signals.
• Build and maintain always-on lifecycle campaigns from onboarding to expansion.
• Track add-on attach rate and expansion MRR and adjust the campaign calendar.
