Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an L3 Support Software Engineer to be the final escalation point for field issues on the ELERA TM Commerce platform. You will collaborate with L2 and teams to troubleshoot production incidents, write design documents, and develop software while analyzing vulnerabilities and driving service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven.
• Experience mentoring and coaching junior resources.
• Performance-driven mindset and ability to identify and meet KPIs.
• Capable of writing well-designed, testable code and troubleshooting current applications.
• English: Fluent (B2 at least).

Responsibilities

• Final escalation point for resolving field issues in L3 support.
