You will oversee software testing and support programs, ensuring seamless solutions for customers while maintaining high quality standards.

The role emphasizes people management, Agile/Scrum leadership, and collaboration with Customers, Product Owners, and Program Managers to deliver robust software products.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in management within software support and quality assurance leveraging Agile/Scrum.
• 8+ years of experience in software test engineering and/or solution support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Software Quality Director to establish strategic direction and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders, including Customers, Product Owners, and Program Managers.
• Develop team members into skilled support and test engineers.
• Leverage a background in software support and testing, strong leadership, and a customer-centric mindset.
