Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 8+ years in Java-based development or support.
• Experience with enterprise/microservices architectures.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Serve as final escalation point for field issues.
• Triage, diagnose and resolve production incidents.
• Write functional and design documentation.
