Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions in Spain is seeking an experienced L3 Support Software Engineer to be the final escalation point for production issues on our ELERATM Commerce platform. You will work with L2 and teammates to diagnose, fix, and document problems, while developing software and ensuring high quality code.

The role requires 6+ years in software development or L3 support, strong Java, Spring, Docker, and cloud experience, and fluent English (B2+).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Software Development or L3 support using Java.
• Experience with microservices and cloud/web-based content.
• Strong problem-solving and self-driven mindset.
• Capable of writing well-designed, testable code and troubleshooting.
• Experience communicating with architects and end users.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents as final escalation point.
• Collaborate with L2 and team members to triage issues and root cause analysis.
• Develop application software and write design/functional documents.
• Analyze vulnerabilities and oversee service improvements.
