Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a leader in global healthcare, is recruiting an I2C Collection & Dispute Mgmt Sr Analyst for its Madrid, Spain location. You will manage end-to-end collections and disputes for key accounts, driving cash flow and revenue integrity within the Invoice to Cash process.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Finance, provide SME guidance on complex cases, and lead process improvements while maintaining compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; accounting/finance preferred.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in I2C, AR, or revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR collections and dispute management for assigned accounts.
• Lead dispute lifecycle from investigation to posting and resolution.
• Provide senior SME guidance for non-standard disputes and credits.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance to drive end-to-end I2C effectiveness.
• Identify process improvements and ensure audit readiness and controls.
