Johnson & Johnson in Madrid seeks a Contract Management Specialist to accurately administer and maintain customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems, ensuring pricing integrity and audit-ready data. The role translates contracts into reliable system records and reports within Salesforce, Oracle, and related platforms.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Legal and IT to set up, maintain and validate contract data, supporting billing, reporting and compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or related analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
• Fluent English; additional EU language is a plus.
• SFDC and/or Oracle experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support new product roll outs or strategic initiatives by ensuring proper system setup and cross-functional process creation.
• Oversee the integrity of the pricing process in connection with Customer Contracts.
• Provide support to sales team for contracting or quote generation requests as needed.
• Ensure that contract data in SFDC is adequate and reportable.
• Run reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle.
• Maintain contracted consignment inventory values in SFDC and ensure contracts are executed for all consignment customers.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal in relation to commercial operations and customer entities such as GPOs.
• Create and maintain monthly analyses for GPO administration fees.
• Self-direct and prioritise incoming requests for contract analysis and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update membership alignment in SFDC based on external data sets.
