Johnson Controls in Madrid is seeking a Billing & Order Entry Admin to support our sales and project management teams. You will manage and process orders, review contracts in our ERP system, and prepare invoicing and related correspondence.

Fluency in English and Spanish, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, independent work style are essential. Prior finance/legal admin experience is preferred, with a collaborative, deadline-driven approach.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and Excel.
• Effective time management to meet deadlines.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process orders in ERP system.
• Review and manage contracts data ensuring policy compliance.
• Process data for new orders and order modifications.
• Create billing invoices and credit notes.
• Prepare and send indexation/renewal letters to customers.
