Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Data Analytics & BI professional in Madrid to enhance commercial performance through robust data analysis and insights. You will validate data, develop dashboards, and monitor KPIs to support informed decision-making across Sales and Commercial Excellence teams.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, and BI to refine tools and ensure accurate incentive calculations, aligned with regulatory standards and company goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, analytics, or related field.
• Advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in commercial analysis, reporting, sales operations, business analytics, or sales support.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
• Experience in medical technology or regulated industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Consolidate, reconcile, validate, and analyze commercial data from internal sources with full traceability.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track sales performance and KPIs.
• Monitor sales performance against quarterly targets and provide trend analyses.
• Identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses and executive summaries for periodic business reviews.
• Develop sales forecasts and ad hoc analyses aligned with business needs.
• Contribute to defining and improving performance indicators and governance routines.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Finance, and BI teams to tailor tools.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on data sources, calculations, and reporting.
