Job summary

Medtronic Spain is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services across the EMEA region. You will lead customer engagements, articulate value propositions, and close premium advisory service deals.

The role offers remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke or The Hague with up to 30% travel. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in consultative MedTech sales and a track record of multi-million-dollar quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Human Factors Engineering knowledge and experience preferable.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.
• Ability to travel including client visits and working at trade shows, up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand specific customer needs, articulating value proposition in client presentations and proposals and managing client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs to craft customized HF advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points, including HF opportunities in product development.
