Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of HR experience in generalist or HRBP roles.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and German.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and regulations.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end management of recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in Germany and Spain.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align requirements, candidate experience and culture fit.
• Continuously optimize the candidate journey and decision-making quality.
