Job summary

Revelyst is seeking an HR Generalist & Talent Partner to join our European HQ in Barcelona. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers across 8 European countries, supporting the employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance.

You will report to the HR Manager EMEA and collaborate with the HR team to drive talent strategies across Europe, contributing to a thriving, inclusive work culture in a leading sports and outdoor company.

Qualifications

• 3 years of HR experience covering recruitment, employee relations and talent management across multiple European countries.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Labour Relations or similar.

Responsibilities

• Employee relations: be the first point of contact for employees and managers and handle relations cases in line with local law.
• Recruitment: manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Europe with a standard process and toolkit.
• Onboarding: design structured onboarding plans for new joiners and coordinate day-to-day execution.
• Talent and culture: lead engagement, culture and internal communication initiatives.
