Job summary

FairWind is seeking a Head of Global Mobility to lead the global mobility function across Spain, UK, Denmark, Poland and Germany. You will own end-to-end mobility lifecycle including assignments, relocations, immigration, tax and compliance, partnering with HR, Payroll and Legal.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution, to deliver globally compliant, employee-friendly mobility programs and exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Global Mobility, International HR or a similar function.
• Proven experience leading mobility programmes across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, employment and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach to delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop FairWind’s global mobility strategy, policies and programmes.
• Own end-to-end mobility lifecycle including international assignments and relocations.
• Advise leaders on global mobility and compliance matters across the business.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Resource Management teams globally.
• Manage relationships with external mobility, immigration and tax providers.
• Ensure compliance with international employment, immigration, social security and tax regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement, governance and efficiency across mobility processes.
• Provide insights through mobility reporting, analytics and workforce trends.
