Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 12 years HR experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent with 10 years HR experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and influencing across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to develop and implement HR strategy for assigned groups.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build capability and performance.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for groups.
• Evaluate future workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Analyze trends and coordinate training or coaching solutions with COEs.
• Participate in talent interviews and conduct compensation analysis.
