Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a senior HR leader to partner with client groups and regional teams to shape and execute talent strategies. You will guide leadership on organizational development, drive HR programs with COEs, and forecast workforce needs to sustain high performance.

Responsibilities include data-driven coaching, compensation analysis, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering impactful HR solutions across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field, 12 years of HR experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field, 10 years of HR experience.
• Proven successful project management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and laws.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for client groups, countries and regions to develop and implement HR strategy.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies to build capabilities and a high-performing organization.
• Lead or partner with COEs to deliver HR programs for client groups.
• Evaluate future workforce needs and adapt HR programs accordingly.
• Analyze trends and metrics to identify training or coaching needs and drive solutions.
• Participate in interview/selection and compensation analysis to support offers.
