Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 12 years HR experience.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in related field; 10 years HR experience.
• Proven project management and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy for client groups.
• Partner with leadership to align talent strategies.
• Lead HR programs with COEs and manage workforce planning.
• Analyze trends and coordinate training and coaching programs.
• Participate in interview/selection and compensation analysis.
