Edwards Lifesciences in Moncada, Valencia is seeking a senior HR leader to shape people strategy for a global manufacturing organization. You will lead a team of HR professionals, partner with executives, and drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce analytics to support business objectives.

Required: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, fluent Spanish and English, proven people management skills, and experience in manufacturing with a multinational.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team and function as an expert on people and organizational issues, delivering HR solutions to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Act as strategic thought partner for site/BU/region to develop and implement HR strategy and manage HR projects.
• Lead or develop HR professionals to ensure strategy is implemented within budgets and compliant with regulations.
• Partner with COEs to deliver HR programs to meet current and future talent needs.
• Advise leadership on talent strategies and workforce planning to build an engaged, high-performing organization.
• Analyze trends to identify training or coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs/SSG.
• Participate in interview/selection of talent and compensation analysis.
• Evaluate training/coaching programs for effectiveness.
• May lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or large HR initiatives.
• Other incidental duties.
