Mercor seeks senior HR professionals to build evaluation tasks for AI systems operating in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design contexts.

The role spans two tracks: a US track (Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and state employment law) and an International track (EU directives). Experts qualified in either or both tracks are encouraged to apply, drafting rubrics and reference outputs that capture senior HR judgment.

Formación

• 5+ years leading HR at a major company or HR consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations, or compensation design.
• Fluency in HR tooling and employment law comprehension.
• Professional credential preferred (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) or international equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Create HR scenarios across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation design.
• Draft reference outputs and rubrics that reflect senior HR judgment.
• Produce reference HR policies, investigation reports, and compensation analyses.
• Develop organizational design proposals and workflow standards for US and International tracks.
• Apply HR methodologies to benchmarked standards and compliance rules.
