Super is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to design and embed programmatic ER frameworks and compliance across its international organisation. The role supports HR teams, partners with Legal, and drives scalable policy governance and capability building.

The candidate will advise senior stakeholders on complex ER matters, monitor trends, and help expand ER practices as Super grows across Europe and beyond.

Formación

• Senior Employee Relations/People Compliance experience in a multi-country organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labour regulations across jurisdictions.
• Ability to design and implement ER frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Experience building capability within HR and leadership teams through training and playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement group-wide ER frameworks, policies, and guidelines aligned with local labour regulations and business needs.
• Lead development and governance of compliance policies across topics (conduct, grievances, investigations, harassment, etc.).
• Partner with Legal to ensure policies are sound and regulatory-aligned.
• Build ER capability through guidance, toolkits, and training for HR and leaders.
• Provide strategic advisory and escalation support for complex ER matters.
• Monitor ER trends and risk exposure to identify systemic issues and improvements.
• Collaborate with Legal on policy interpretation and international expansion.
