iubenda is seeking an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team and own the full employee lifecycle across a distributed, international workforce. In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and act as a trusted partner to both managers and employees, combining strong operational execution with an HRBP mindset.

• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist/people partnering experience across geographies.
• Experience handling payroll coordination, compliance, and employee records.

Responsabilidades

• Own full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding across international teams.
• Collaborate with payroll, legal, and labor firms to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Identify and implement AI-driven process improvements in HR workflows.
• Draft and review employment contracts with labor law consultants.
• Support salary grid reviews and compensation framework alignment.
• Act as a reliable first contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR questions.
• Assist with promotion cycles and, if needed, dismissal processes.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience surveys.
