• Strong fluency with HR tooling and compliance.
• Credential (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred; rubric authorship a plus.

• Design HR scenarios for talent acquisition, employee relations and org design.
• Develop reference outputs and rubrics reflecting senior HR judgment.
• Produce policies, investigation reports, and compensation analyses.
