Super, a global technology group, seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner to design and embed programmatic ER and compliance capabilities across Europe and beyond. You will empower local HR teams with guidance, training, and playbooks while advising on high-risk matters and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in a senior employee relations, HR policy, or people compliance role in a complex, multi-country organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and labour regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to design and implement ER frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
• Experience building capability within HR and leadership teams through training, toolkits, and practical guidance.
• Ability to identify systemic ER risks and translate insights into scalable solutions.
• Skilled at advising and influencing senior stakeholders on complex or sensitive ER matters.
• Experience partnering with Legal functions on policy development, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Comfortable operating in a centre-of-expertise model—supporting and enabling others rather than owning all ER cases directly.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accessible policies and guidance materials.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement group-wide ER frameworks, policies, and guidelines aligned with local labour regulations.
• Lead policy governance, ownership, and escalation models with HR teams and leaders.
• Develop and deliver learning sessions, playbooks, and training to upskill local HR teams.
• Provide strategic advisory support for complex or high-risk ER and compliance matters.
• Monitor ER trends, disputes, and risk exposure to proactively identify systemic issues.
• Collaborate with Legal on policy interpretation, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
