osapiens, Madrid-based, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Sales/Go-To-Market to fuel growth by hiring Account Executives, BDRs, and GTM talent across Europe and the US. You will partner with Sales leadership to translate ambitious targets into hiring plans and build strong talent communities.

You will leverage modern sourcing tools and AI-assisted practices, ensuring a rigorous and data-driven recruitment process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting for Sales/GTM.
• Experience recruiting for international, multi-market organizations.
• Proficient with ATS tools (Pinpoint, Personio) and data-driven hiring.
• Strong advisory skills with Sales leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales, BD, Marketing, and GTM roles.
• Advise hiring managers on strategy, role scoping, market availability, and compensation benchmarking.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pools for hard-to-fill roles.
• Design an outstanding candidate experience and position osapiens as an employer of choice in GTM.
• Use recruitment metrics to improve approaches and report to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Talent to scale processes and contribute to employer branding for GTM.
• Support international growth across Europe and the US with recruiting standards.
