Jobgether in collaboration with a partner company is seeking a GTM Manager Outbound (all genders) based in Spain. You will join an early outbound team to build an AI-powered, scalable outreach engine that engages high-value prospects and generates qualified pipeline.

You will work with go-to-market leadership and account executives to develop prospecting workflows and experiment with new approaches. Your performance will be measured by pipeline value and revenue converted; this role offers

Formación

• 2–5 years in B2B SaaS outbound sales or SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience generating qualified pipeline and outbound results.
• Familiar with AI-powered workflows for prospecting and reporting.
• CRM proficiency, ideally HubSpot, with pipeline tracking & reporting.
• Strong copywriting for personalized cold outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve an AI-powered outbound sales engine with automation.
• Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts based on ICP.
• Engage decision-makers via multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, video).
• Create compelling cold outreach messages and strategies.
• Qualify meetings and transfer opportunities to account executives.
• Provide insights to support conversations and improve conversions.
• Experiment with new approaches weekly and document results.
• Monitor outbound performance and focus on pipeline value and revenue.
