Menhir AI is seeking a GTM Lead to own the full sales cycle in Spain with plans to expand across Europe and Latin America. You will open doors, diagnose customer problems, craft proposals, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

The role is hands-on, with autonomy to build your own sales playbook and collaborate closely with the founders and engineering team. You will design outbound and partnership strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and work with both AI solutions and custom

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales and proven ability to generate opportunities and close business.
• Experience in consultative selling and shaping tailored proposals.
• Strong commercial judgement: qualification, stakeholders, objections, negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and account expansion.
• Build and execute outbound and partnership strategies to generate pipeline.
