Nuitée is seeking a technically adept Growth/RevOps professional to design and own the GTM engineering stack, turning inbound demand into revenue. You’ll work closely with Gian, the VP Growth, to define how we track, score, enrich, route, and convert opportunities using AI-powered dashboards and automation.

Join a product-led, fast-moving team building the go-to-market engine from zero, with direct impact on revenue and growth.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM engineering, growth ops, RevOps, or technical growth marketing.
• Proficiency with SQL, APIs and scripting; comfortable with analytics tools.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate workflows and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Define and optimize tracking, scoring, enrichment, routing, and conversion of demand.
• Partner with the VP Growth to build the operating system behind the growth motion.
• Build dashboards, automations, and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate revenue.
• Shape go-to-market strategy by analyzing signups, product usage, and account signals.
