Ingenio seeks a Senior Product Manager for Keen to lead growth initiatives and conversion optimization. You’ll own activation metrics, onboarding experiences, and first-purchase offers, partnering with Marketing to drive new customers and reduce CAC.

This role requires in-office presence in SF at least three days a week and offers ownership across growth capabilities. You’ll shape the growth roadmap, run rapid experiments, and collaborate with Product, Eng, Design, and Leadership to scale usage

Formación

• 6+ years of product management, incl. growth on consumer/subscription or two-sided marketplace.
• Direct ownership of acquisition/activation/conversion metrics with measurable results.
• Hands-on experimentation depth with hundreds of tests and robust data.
• Fluency in growth economics and modern product analytics, including attribution and LTV:CAC.
• Experience partnering with marketing on shared targets and improving paid/organic channels.
• AI fluency in products and workflows to move faster with AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own activation outcomes: registrations, registration-to-first-paid-conversation rate, CAC; set targets with Marketing.
• Define and prioritize growth roadmap using funnel data, insights, and unit economics, communicating tradeoffs to leadership.
• Own landing pages, registration, onboarding, activation, and first-purchase packaging for new users.
• Run rapid, statistically sound experiments across messaging, flow, friction, and offers with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Understand first-time users through funnel analysis, interviews, usability studies, and behavioral research.
• Find next growth channels with Marketing, test after paid search, and build measurement to prove incremental value.
• Make the product a source of new users by shipping free experiences and exploring referral/sharing mechanics.
