Confidential is seeking a seasoned Growth and Product leader to own the blended growth engine across paid channels, SEO, CRO, and landing pages. You will drive data-informed decisions, own portfolio P&L, and lead cross-functional teams spanning marketing, CRO, UX and data.

• 15+ years in senior product and/or growth leadership with P&L accountability
• Technical profile with deep understanding of how digital products are built and shipped
• Track record of scaling profitable growth with measurable impact on CAC, ROAS/tROAS, conversion and LTV
• Hands-on expertise across performance marketing, CRO, checkout optimization, payments and A/B testing
• Fluent analytics and experimentation tooling; comfortable with deployment, observability and reliability

Responsabilidades

• Own the Growth Engine with blended performance across paid channels, SEO and more
• Lead CRO and paywall/checkout agenda to lift conversions and order value
• Scale the Landing-Page Machine with an AI-assisted system and robust observability
• Deliver portfolio-wide P&L, balancing acquisition spend against LTV for profitability
• Build a shared KPI tree and a disciplined experimentation programme using analytics tools
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across marketing, CRO, UX and data, aligning stakeholders without formal authority
• Shape product strategy across the portfolio with AI as a differentiator in a trust-driven category
