Aircall is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Growth team, focusing on onboarding and trial experiences. You will design, build, and improve user activation and conversion, collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to turn insights into intuitive journeys.

Although a full-stack role, the emphasis is on frontend development. You will ship user-facing interfaces, run experiments, and help shape the early customer journey at Aircall.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Full-Stack or Software Engineer with frontend focus.
• Strong React and modern web app development experience.
• Experience building complex UI components and responsive interfaces.
• Ability to own projects end to end from concept to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows.
• Develop complex, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend logic and API integrations to support product experiences.
• Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations.
• Use product analytics to measure impact and inform iterations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from design to monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Designers, Data Analysts, and Engineers to translate insights into solutions.
• Improve product quality, scalability, and maintainability.
