Super is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Player product teams and drive onboarding, activation, and value delivery for customers worldwide. You will work within the Product Management department to design and launch industry-leading products that enhance onboarding and activation in a large B2C digital business.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Marketing, Affiliate, and Fraud/Risk teams, plus a data-driven, hypothesis-led approach to experimentation and growth across

Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager working closely with Engineering teams.
• A customer-focused, data-driven approach to identifying and solving customer problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• A self-motivated working style with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding performance — optimize conversion, drop-off, and activation.
• Partner with Marketing and Affiliate teams to shape acquisition plans.
• Collaborate with Fraud/Risk to calibrate onboarding checks and reduce fraud.
• Bring a growth and experimentation mindset with A/B testing and funnel analytics.
