n8n is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Growth team to ideate, build, and iterate on product experiences that turn users into long-term customers. You’ll own high-impact parts of the Cloud journey, from signup to billing, using experimentation, data, and product intuition to improve activation and monetization.

This hands-on role works with product, design, data, marketing, and engineering to accelerate n8n’s self-serve growth engine across Europe.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React (plus HTML/CSS/UI libraries).
• You’ve owned growth metrics: product activation, retention, or revenue on a growth or PLG SaaS team.
• You’ve shipped experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to ship/kill decision.
• Product-minded and capable of shipping without a PM when needed, with user signals to guide decisions.
• You can query data and derive decisions from user behavior and experiments.
• You’re comfortable moving quickly in ambiguous environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ship high-impact experiments and features to increase conversion and retention (upgrade flows, prompts, pricing nudges).
• Drive measurable business outcomes; track performance and iterate to improve activation and retention.
• Scale growth systems such as in-app messaging, billing, and email orchestration.
• Own growth-centric flows like signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard for a smooth user experience.
