Aircall is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Growth team, focusing on onboarding and trial experiences. You will design, build, and continuously improve key product journeys that drive activation and conversion, collaborating with Product, Design, and Data to turn insights into intuitive experiences.

Although full-stack, the role emphasizes frontend work, building user-facing interfaces and running rapid experiments to shape the early customer journey at Aircall.

Formación

• Significant professional experience as a Full-Stack or Software Engineer.
• Deep frontend expertise with complex UI components and modern web apps.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs and backend services.
• Strong product mindset with data-informed decision making.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver production-ready solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, activation experiences, and trial flows.
• Develop complex, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Build and maintain backend logic and API integrations to support product experiences.
• Create, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and product variations to improve activation and conversion.
• Use product analytics to measure impact and inform future iterations.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to release, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to translate insights into solutions.
