Jobgether in Spain seeks a Product Manager focused on Player Onboarding and Activation to drive growth for an iGaming product ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey—from first visit to first gameplay—working with marketing, design, and compliance to create high-conversion experiences.

The role emphasizes experimentation, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to optimize activation and revenue performance across Europe.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience in iGaming or closely related domains.
• Strong understanding of player onboarding, activation, and conversion funnels.
• Ability to analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and large datasets to guide decisions.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, design, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, capable of influencing senior leadership.
• Proven experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize the end-to-end player onboarding funnel, analyzing user behavior to reduce drop-offs and improve conversion to active players.
• Partner with marketing and acquisition teams to align traffic quality, campaign intent, and onboarding performance.
• Lead design and optimization of registration and onboarding flows, ensuring compliance and KYC integration.
• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, high-converting user experiences that accelerate time-to-first-value.
• Act as the primary product owner for onboarding initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Present product performance, roadmaps, and insights to senior leadership and key internal stakeholders.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure delivered features meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Drive post-launch optimization through continuous monitoring, experiments, and data-driven improvements.
